Don't Stay too Near the End of the Dock...

This pencil sketch was supposed to be a better and less symbolical version of "Forbbiden Water", my later drawing,  but I just ended messing it up, nothing new... I wished for a more straight foward scene instead of just allusions. Also I did Samson's water nature more evindent turning him into a full merboy. I know it may look a bit gross that his gills are so big and open, it looks more like scars than gills, but I still like it. I thought: If a merfolk was supposed to have gills, it would definitely be on the gaps between the ribs, in the lungs zone.

Samson's hair in this is a little bit more lenghty than in his human version cuz, well, when we talk about mermen and mermaids, really long hair definitely match with it. Also, I didn't really used a solid refference for John's position and body, so it may look completely out of real proportion and a little bit weird, I know, but I just used my own familiarity with masculine anatomy, what's not much, cuz I'm better with androgyny and I prefer drawing and studying androgynous anatomies. 

Although this isn't as symbolical as Forbbiden Water, it is still symbolical, so Samson's mermaid features doesn't exists in the original character. 

Is it "Dock" what u call that wooden walkway over the sea in english? I don't really know, I know that it's called pier, but we call it Trapiche or Doca, so I got a little bit confused about, sorry if it's wrong. 

This two are my original characters; Samson, the Witch and Johnson, the Warrior. They're biological brothers and they love eachother much much more than typical brother's "should do" according to church and majoral society dictations. This is a Yaoi content drawing with an androgynous Uke. So, if u feel offended by incest, yaoi kisses, or androgyny, close it, next.

I, individually, don't see incestuous love as impure, not as dirty, sinful and such. I am so open to popular taboos, I don't see it the same way people do, actually, I adore it. I don't have brothers, neither sisters, but it doesn't mean I can't imagine such a type of relationship. I also ain't not a boy, but I do imagine male homossexual relationships, so it's the same. Neither of it offends me in any way, so, as I said, if it offends you u may be more careful about the tags and content warnings.

I thought I was going to die before I drawed something so straight forward as a kiss, I don't know, I like drawing hugs better, little smoochs, or stuff.

Any little simple pencil scratch or detail I may come to do into paper is for myself. The poses, the feelings, the faces, the features, the hugs, the love, the expressions of emotions and caring, or even the sensual, cruel, sexy Richard's drawings, everything! Firstly for me, I have to love it before I come to the second stage of showing it off, but i love to share too.

OBS 1: Don't you love scars? OH I LOoove scars! If I could I would put a scar in every single one of my characters, but well I don't wish to seem repetitive, so, not all of them have it, but you will see that, still, there are lots that do. Johnson is one, he has in the body and specially over the left eyebrow, eye, and cheek, it's soooo cute on him, so sexy, ggghh! *0*

When Samson was young, very young, his brother and him had a very special bond, they were very close, although different, but best friends despite the opposite nature. Sam was lovely as a young child, he would do everything for his older brother, as much as John would do for him. Johnson always had the dream of becoming a great knight/warrior. He wished to become stronger to be able to protect their people and to protect specially the ones he loved, Sam supported him in it and encouraged him.

Later then when Samson was nearly 10 and John 13, their father died, their uncle (brother of their mother, Samantha) assumed the throne as a provisional king and more ideal and close male blood relative, to administer the Kingdom till Johnson reached age enough.

Johnson, though, planned to get out, and to take Sam with him, of course. It's not like Johnson had some particular animosity towards their uncle, Juliard, he aproved the decision of his uncle taking over the kingdom by then, Juliard seemed a good relative. However, with their father's death, there was nothing holding him back into staying in the castle any longer, he had dreams, and planned to purchase them, he would go to the warrior's sanctuary and militar city, the most safe place in the whole continent, where he would be assured of Samson's safety, his most beloved young brother (also his main and only concern) and  would join the other swordsman's novices as an apprentice. He wanted Samson by his side, always, he wanted Sam to come with him and be with him while they reached their dreams together. Firstly Sam willingly agreed, although heavily shaken by the lost of his father, he said he loved John and that he would go with John ANYWHERE he wanted. Later then, something gone terribly wrong. Nobody knows what it was.

John had everything right. His uncle's approval to leave, the warrior's sanctuary welcome and acceptance, he had the day planned, his things packed, his very beloved and important brother at his side, all ready to go, and then... Samson refused.
